I've been here before but I guess the cold weather made a difference. I ordered my good and when she gave me my drink it was dripping with orange soda so I asked for a napkin to clean it. And when I drove off I found that I had no straw and that napkin was the only napkin I received besides the little one with the fork.As Leo Gettz said in Lethal Weapon. Don't go to the drive in because you always get F'd when you do?????
I ordered a 20 piece family combo and the chicken had NO SEASONING and the fries were cold and soggy! I called the store about it and the woman who thought she put me on hold was talking about me to the other workers and then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes after realizing that I heard her. I will NEVER be back here! The absolute WORST Popeyes in NY I wish I could put zero stars!
Literally the WORST Popeye's in America, every single time you go through the drive-through they screw you, they leave out at least one item and never give sauces, you try to check or ask and they give you dirty looks and hurry you along so you can't check the bag and just tell you everything is in there. Literally every single time, I will never visit this Popeye's EVER AGAIN.
this place is a catastrophe, the woman on the narrator is constantly messed up the orders of the peoples, the girls in the kitchen are overworked and look confused, the people are waiting here for 45 minutes for order there, they need some management and training here. they really work hard, but it's a big confusion! They need better management. Service is not consistent. It's fast food not slow food. I find myself going to Bay Plaza location more often than New Rochelle because the service is quicker . On the plus side though, I was able to get fresh chicken made because I only wanted spicy legs and thighs.
I came on Tuesday, the place was somehow empty but the dame on the front was very nice and welcoming. she said her name was lonely. she made my order fast and accurate, which is not always the case at this papst thanks to sam her service was the highlight of my day!
The chicken is very good, but the service is very slow and disoriented.. Gotta have at least 15 minutes of wait time to get your food here. Even if it's only 2 people in line.. And I've been here a hand full of times and it's always slow service.
