Bad experience from the beginning! Me: I have a coupon code Pop: I’ll get the coupon at the window Me: No coupon just a code from my phone Pop: We don’t do that! Let me be clear. I love this Popeyes location and used to go there all the time. The only reason I gave it a one star rating is because they are still drive through only. I mean it is 2022, enough of this Covid hysteria. I never used drive through before the pandemic and I still refuse to. I always prefer eating fast food fresh inside the location. By the time you take it home it is soft and soggy. Now I have to drive to a further Popeyes just to be able to eat inside the location.

hiighwat 6 near dulles. old huh so hard that it cuts me the lip. thanks to the personal and no excuse. I even asked if that was fresh and she was lulling. I would suggest the popeyes at 69 and Unversity.the have actually trained their employees on customer service.

I am not sure if it was the end of shift fatigue but unfriendly staff. Forget no greetings, at least respond when you are greeted. To top it off the food was lousy. We have ordered from here before but it's unlikely to happen again.Update: edited to fix typo Reserva una mesa ahora

it was particularly good. tocuits fresh from the ofen ..han piping hot and that at 10 o'clock! the young lady in the register was nice enough to finish our meal in the dining room. the perfect end, to the perfect night! thx!

I don't know what it is, but that seems to be only with the popeyes in houston and surroundings. Whenever they order the spicy huh, it is not spicy at all, as it was years ago or at least on par like the one in lousiana.

Excellent doing a huge order for own, and the staff was working their butts off. I hope that owner does something huge for his or hers employees!!! Ty to all of you employees for best service ever received.

I dont know who working tonight but between that old chicken and that nasty fish sandwich somebody should be fired. If you don't want nobody to serve you food like this don't serve it to other people Reserva una mesa ahora

Chicken was boiled fresh n hot customer service was great chicken was so good could not wait to come home guess I was on time it is bigpoppa I am so crazy ?lol??

Manager in the drive through is a bit of a b ch when you order pick up on the Uber app.
