Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This review should be rated zero after my family had such a disappointing experience with dry, tough biscuits that were not only unappetizing but also cost $30. We definitely won't be returning! Food trucks offer better service, tastier food, better presentations, higher quality, and more generous portions. Like many other fast food chains, this place has reduced portion sizes while keeping prices the same or even increasing them. I understand that COVID has impacted many restaurants, but the quality of the food here is simply unacceptable.

They do not cook chicken well enough. Bought chicken sandwich, but middle of chicken was partially raw. This has happened at least three times for me. Chicken strips are not cooked properly either. How can you not cook a chicken strip till it’s done all the way? Please STOP UNDERCOOKING THE CHICKEN!! It’s that simple. I did notify manager once about the matter, and he had me to come back, he replaced the sandwich the 2nd time it happened to me. I guess I need to contact headquarters about this particular location.

this is the worst popeyes i have ever been to first they have surf and turf signs everywhere for $7.50 i ordered it then the shift leader say we don't have it you have to pay $3 more for regular shrimp. she was rude and nasty! i asked for a card for the manager or owner she replied we dont have cards and to talk to her... i will never eat there again this place is a joke

I thought it was only fair to reach out before posting my review, but no one responded. I ordered a double portion of an entrée, and it arrived missing a piece. I recommend everyone check their orders carefully before heading home. I also ordered popcorn shrimp, but most of them seemed to lack shrimp—there was mostly just popcorn batter, in my opinion. The Fanta strawberry drink tasted like a chemical because the syrup to carbonation ratio was off. We ordered spicy chicken but were given chicken that didn’t even have salt and pepper on it. To make matters worse the chicken was undercooked and very fatty. Today was our last financial contribution to Popeyes. It was terrible.

I called this location several times and the line just rung. I call the number on the receipt goes straight to voice-mail. I understand things has been difficult but to receive all small pieces is crazy. A least mix it up !

I don't know what it is, but that seems to be only with the popeyes in houston and surroundings. Whenever they order the spicy huh, it is not spicy at all, as it was years ago or at least on par like the one in lousiana.

I actually like the spicy chicken at Popeyes. When it's freshly prepared it's really tasty. Not to sound greedy or anything but the wings were super tiny, l mean they were Cornish hens tiny. Just saying. Reserva una mesa ahora

the trip thru is hall@ this place. the person on the speaker never gets my order on the first attempt. I wouldn't have a fear order. eating is their standard popeye’s, but the price is upset.

My 12 piece order did not have any wings. They did not tell me this when filling the order. My niece was very disappointed. If asked, I would have had them substitute the mild wings.
