For the safety of the employees, having bulletproof drive-thru windows would be a wise addition. There also needs to be garbage bins placed outdoors and street lights installed in the back area for better visibility. Furthermore, the current setup at the drive-thru is not very user-friendly; the small board on the ordering machine is hard for customers to see. It would be better to replace it with a larger sign that’s easily readable. Lastly, the menu offerings could be adjusted. Donuts would make a great breakfast option, while cookies should be available as a dessert option after lunch or dinner, perfect for family meals. My partner ordered a meal, but what he received was disappointing because they just reheated the chicken in the microwave. He claims that's what they do! We've never encountered this at other locations. It's not the same quality as other Popeyes restaurants. I've decided not to return. It's not worth the effort to go out of my way for this. I really don't understand how some people can manage a restaurant and not care about the quality! Just look at all the terrible reviews!
