On or around November 20th, I placed a significant order at this establishment, including 10 pieces of chicken with two large sides. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the chicken was excessively overcooked, evidenced by burnt breading and charred meat. I promptly contacted the restaurant to address this issue, and the staff assured me that I would receive a credit for the unsatisfactory meal, taking down my details for this purpose.However, due to personal commitments, including vacation and the holiday season, I was unable to follow up immediately. Very disappointed they forgot to include our fries with our meal. We live on the opposite side of town and with it being a weekend and construction it's too much to drive back across town at dinner time. They did offer them for the next visit......BUT that doesn't help us with tonight's dinner!

I experienced the best customer service I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Although the wait was a bit longer than expected, all of my food was freshly cooked and served hot. Overall, the food was quite good—actually, delicious!

I had chicken in a bun my wife had chicken bits we shared onion rings. Never had before, food was great nicely cooked and very crispy.
