We have always loved Popolo's! Our teenager has dietary restrictions and we haven't been getting pizza out for a long time. Recently, we discovered dairy free pizza offered here!! This is one of the only, if not THE ONLY place in Fresno Clovis that has this option. (So far, the only one we have found that uses dairy free cheese! Not even Pieology uses dairy free cheese! Thank you SO much Popolo's! Something so small makes a huge impact for someone!! If you haven't tried this pizza place I highly recommend it. Many pizza size options and lots of choices on the menu. Great for lunch or dinner and they do offer patio seating or to-go. There is even a giant pizza that'll feed a whole party of people.
I have to say I've been coming to popolo's many many years since it opened but since the new location opened at Palm and Nees, it's gone way downhill. Myself my family have been many times to the new location but it's just not the same, the pizza is always wet and mushy in center, salad bar is never fresh and we just recently went and the Parmesan on the tables, taste so old, it's like rice being put on our pizza the salad bar was a bit gross. Come on guys, in order to stay open and keep customers coming back, please do a better job at this, I know you're better than that. I think I'll be taking a break from this place for sometime! Hopefully this place will improve!
Good service, they have a pizza for any size party!! There's even an extra large pizza for 10-15 people with 50 slices it's a nice place to take a large party. They serve a variety of alcohol from wine, hard liquor, and beer. The pizza is good 8/10. I recommend this place.
