I would have given them negative stars if it was possible. I ordered an Italian beef without bread as I can't have bread. The employee seemed very confused as to what I was ordering. An Italian beef without peppers and no bread. They used a regular container for the beef and juice. When I got to my destination I picked the bag up and the juice was pouring out of the bottom of the bag. This is when I discovered they had put all of that liquid in a regular to go container. I called because it's going to need to be deep cleaned. The manager offered a free meal next time. I asked him why I would return. Oh my goodness, what more can I say? In my opinion, Pop's beef is even better than Portillo's—and that's a big statement since Portillo's is amazing too! Pop's beef is incredibly tender and never overcooked or limp like some can be. It’s always fresh and delicious. I haven’t had a bad sandwich yet. The fries are thin and crispy, the best I’ve ever had, but I prefer them that way. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu, but why would I? They’re famous for their beef for a reason! Maybe one day I'll explore other options, but for now, I’m more than satisfied with their beef! If you enjoy a great beef sandwich, you should definitely give it a try! So I ordered food waited 20 minutes while the ace took people's order after me and served them. I did watch carefully and noticed my food was done. It sat there for five minutes before anyone decided to bag and hand it to me. Very rude and I also stated I saw it there for five minutes and not one of the 7 employees did anything. Very disappointed and if I can give negative stars I would for the customer service

I ordered a gyro, and it looked and tasted like something pulled out of the trash. The meat was dry, and there were no tomatoes or onions—just a tiny bit of sauce on one piece of meat. The fries were also cold and hard. I definitely won’t be eating here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Everyone from front of the house to the line cooks always work so hard!!! I enjoy seeing them every time I come in. They always do their best to prepare food fresh and right! Will continue coming again and again!

This location of Pop's may not have much in terms of decor, but does that really matter? The meat is flavorful and juicy, the fries are crispy, and the service is fast. Overall, it's delicious!
