Pop's Italian Beef Sausage

I've been a loyal customer at Pop's for over 10 years, and I've never felt so humiliated before. This incident happened at the Lyons location on Ogden, and I’m now hesitant to return, given how I was treated. Additionally, I found it odd that the cashier who took my order didn't have any change in her register, which caused the other employee (a man) to retrieve my change from another register. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as I’m sharing this with hopes of improvement. It felt disheartening to see the next customer receive such warm treatment, which only amplified my feeling of being looked down upon. I have no issues with Pop's as a whole, but I regrettably will not be returning...
