Pop's Tavern - Reservar una mesa

Having hired bikes for the day on the Ile de Groix, we were pretty hungry and thirsty by the time we arrived at Pops Tavern, Lochmaris, following signs from the main road. It looked a little tatty from the outside but inside was very cosy and comfortable and families were sitting down for a lovely meal. We went through to the garden where again people were sitting down to their lunch and the food looked delicious. After waiting ten minutes with no attention I went to the bar to ask for a menu. The waitress suddenly appeared and told us that we could only have sandwiches.... As our French is limited we ordered 4 croque monsieurs. Short lunch break during the bike tour of the island, friendly staff, simple and good quality cuisine in a friendly and pleasant setting sheltered from the wind, perhaps lacking a slightly broader menu.

Very nice address in Groix, the place is simple and hot, the terrace is pleasant when it's hot! We feel good! To be recommended.
