I requested double meat for my sandwich, but the server insisted he included it. However, he actually forgot to add the special meat I asked for. When I questioned him about it, he claimed he had already added it, despite the fact that I had been watching and knew that he had not.

The sandwich portion was too small for the price; there was more lettuce than meat. I will not be returning as the subs do not compare to those from other companies at the same price point. Jersey Mike's reigns supreme in value, at least they give you your money's worth.

The experience was overall good, but we encountered an issue with our party plates order that was confirmed but never received. The refund process was also disappointing. Despite this, the sandwiches were delicious, though the customer service could use improvement.
