I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant due to their lack of customer service skills. I won't be placing another order. In response to the owner's reply: No, what’s truly unfair is the lack of assistance I received after I called just minutes after my order was placed. You were rude and unhelpful, refusing to address the issue. Your customer service is sorely inadequate. Given that I spent nearly $40 on Uber Eats for just one bowl and it was delivered to the wrong address (which I acknowledge isn’t your fault), I believe you should be more accommodating. I enjoy ordering from this restaurant because it offers a variety of healthy options. It’s the only place near my office where I can find nutritious meals. However, one downside is that their selection on the Uber app is quite limited, which I find strange and inconvenient. As a result, I need to walk there, which takes me about 20 to 30 minutes round trip during my break. That's why I give it a 4-star rating. On the plus side, at least I get some exercise!

This restaurant is genuinely one of the best I’ve encountered. The food consistently surpasses my expectations, and I have never been let down by the service or quality. While it may be on the pricier side, you're truly investing in the outstanding quality of the food and the quick service. When you consider the prices of standard fast food options, they seem quite reasonable. If you dine here regularly, I strongly recommend getting the points card.

As for vegetarian options, there's a wide variety to choose from—you can add what you enjoy and take away anything you don’t like.

The food is good, but a little on the expensive side for the portion sizes. It would be a good idea for them to offer the sandwiches without the soup, as I'm sure the soup's cost is factored into the price. Additionally, having smaller, more affordable bowl options would be a nice touch as well.

Incredible food, generous portions, and a great variety of customization options. This place is perfect for lunch! I really enjoy the grain bowls, and the seared tuna is absolutely delicious. You can easily swap the veggies and choose chicken or beef; everything is fantastic!
