However, it's worth noting that the kitchen is small, and the fryer is not exclusively gluten-free. Fortunately, the dishes that may be affected are clearly indicated on the gluten-free menu. We went to the restaurant and both tried dishes from the gluten-free menu, which were delicious. The kitchen is small, and the layout was a bit unclear, but my partner really enjoyed her meal. It felt safe overall.
