I come here at least twice a week and have loved everything I have EVER ordered! However being a manager of a breakfast restaurant, I will say the service and the way they handle customer complaints thru the owner is not professional whatsoever. I really debated writing this considering I enjoy the coffee and food so much, but since the owners refuse to get back with me I’ll just share my experience instead! BY ALL MEANS DO NOT SPILL YOUR COFFEE. They will outright refuse to remake it unless you pay $4-6 for whatever drink you ordered. Beautiful coffee shop in Olde Pickerington! We ordered a hot mocha latte and the turtle latte. We were extremely impressed with the level of smoothness, flavor, and presence of espresso in our cups! Porters also had delicious baked goods...I don't think you can go wrong with any selection. Lastly I have to mention the shops atmosphere and overall aesthetic. Located in this unassuming house, you wouldn't expect the inside to be so gorgeous. I wish I took pictures, but I guess you'll have to experience it yourself. Go thru the front door to get the full experience! Definitely coming back!!

Would’ve liked to give a better rating but today was my first visit and I likely won’t return.The product is good but the service was not. I waited to place an order and seemed as though I was nuisance. I wasn’t acknowledged for a couple minutes, there was no line, and they seemed bothered to be waiting on me.I always try to give my business to local business but that may not happen again.

One of my favorites!!! Good study spot, catch up with friend spot, or big group stop spot! Coffee is pretty good, and food is hearty. Love the homey atmosphere and seeing the community there!Dietary restrictions: Everything is 100% peanut free, and it's easy to avoid other nuts as well.

Coffee is good, we visit regularly for it. But... we very very seldom get their pastries. The cases are open and flies are all over everything in the summer, yuck. I dont want a scone that has to have flies shooed off of. Very disappointing when it could be an easy fix.
