Portillo's Naperville

I found myself unexpectedly in the Naperville area because of bad weather, but it turned out to be a nice surprise that Portillo's was nearby. We arrived late, and the place wasn't crowded because of the storm. The staff was friendly, although they seemed more focused on closing up than attending to customers. I ordered my usual Big Beef with cheese and hot peppers, accompanied by fries and cheese sauce. It was fantastic! The restaurant had the classic Portillo's decor, but it could use a bit of a makeover. Overall, it was a great experience.

I brought a few newcomers to Portillo’s to the Naperville location on Ogden, and they had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Albert even treated us to a chocolate cake as a thank you for introducing the newbies. They’re already asking for another Portillo’s visit the next time they’re in town!

Portillo’s is delicious every time I visit Chicago. The one at the airport a few years back was fantastic, the chili dog was great, and the building was super authentic looking. The only knock on this one is the building doesn’t have as much cool stuff in it, but nonetheless, delicious and quick!

I'm an out of towner. It was very delicious. I had ordered mine to go, with a group of people. Walk in. It didn't even make it out the door. I crushed it before my other friend's had even got their order's. Almost ordered another. The Italian Beef is amazing. Loved it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fast and friendly service! I got the Big Italian Beef sandwich with hot giardinera, juicy with large fries. Excellent. Among the very best I have had in Chicago. Quality is consistent! A definite “go to” whenever I am in town!!

Each time I return home, a visit to Portillo's is a must. The service, atmosphere, staff, and food are always exceptional. I kindly ask that you consider opening a Portillo's in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Delicious food delivered promptly! I had a beef sausage combination that was absolutely fantastic. Pam loved her chili dog as well. And make sure to try the lemon cake—it's a must!
