Upon entering the restaurant, we were excited to explore the various pizzas on offer. However, the manager, Wally, immediately insisted that we must sit in the front to enjoy our pizza, despite our preference to dine in the main dining area. When we expressed our interest in ordering a whole pie, he brusquely rejected our request once again, insisting that we could only sit in the front. His demeanor was dismissive and rude. Ultimately, we chose to eat in the dining area anyway, bringing our food to ourselves since it was empty. Although we've been regular customers in the past, we are unlikely to return after this experience. The pizza itself was fantastic, but the way we were treated left...
Having worked in customer service my whole life, I've experienced my share of negative interactions, but this one stands out. We will never give them our business again, and I plan to leave reviews everywhere I can. Remember, your customers are why you have a job. We deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when we approach you in the same manner. Support businesses that appreciate your hard-earned money—not those that tell you to “GO EFF YOURSELF!”
Terrible customer service. Half of the delivery order was not sent. I never leave reviews but I felt the need to after I was lied to by whoever was on the phone and told that the items were never on the order to begin with. I have the receipts from DoorDash to prove this is untrue. Good thing I can dispute charges through DoorDash because whoever I spoke to said “it’s too late for us to send them to you anyway” and hung up the phone. Will never come again.
We visited the restaurant for dinner, hoping to enjoy a salad, pizza, and some wine. Unfortunately, the older staff members were quite rude. They informed us that there was no table service for pizza and that we needed to place our order at the counter. The pizza itself was good, but the unfriendly behavior from the staff left a negative impression. I would advise thinking twice before going there if you're looking to order pizza at your table.

3 out of 4 meals were good, very empty( just us and another table)on a Thursday night... why? The penne ala vodka w/grilled chicken was not edible, left behind yet server did not remove from check, that was odd. No apologies, just stated it was a very popular dish! They have been in business for as long as I could remember, which has to mean something. Give it a chance, hopefully you will be treated better.
I went to pick up my tuna wrap and it was sitting on top of the oven me not realizing this took it home and realized the Styrofoam was melted into my sandwich. When I went to return it they refused to give me a refund. This place has sub par food I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Pictured is the greasy bag with fries.
BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU Watch out especially if you order this place from uber eats. They will randomly add a $5 charge saying that you added a new item. This is a well know scam that restaurants will pull. There is nothing you can do to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER
This was my go-to pizza place as a kid. Used to come here often for lunch and dinner. Grabbed a slice to go tonight and it was delicious. I got a chicken alla vodka slice. Hit the spot!! Speaking to the customer service I see in reviews, the guy that helped me was very nice.

Use to love this place. It has gone downhill a bit. I was in today around 11:30 ordered a deep dish chicken vodka slice and a slice of Sicilian. Sicilian was good but the vodka slice was left over from yesterday. Not cool when you charge $6 for that slice.
This place use to be good. They stopped their prefix dinners and very skimpy on food. No salad with your entree and don’t go if there is a party going on. They run out of things and wait staff rushes you
