Portofino's Italian Arboretum

I come here a lot. But my last visit was very disappointed? Our server was very rude and ignores any recognition I have made every time they gave us something; I would thank you and they would not even speak and go after they gave me my food. We also waited for about 15/20 minutes for our drinks alone because our server talked to other workers or I don't know what's on the back, but hate?t showed up on our table for a good time. She got our food going wrong first, and didn't apologize, but at this point I just wanted to eat and go because how unhappy I got from our waitress at this point. I wanted to complain to the manager, but it should be. The last thing that was very annoying is the fact that this waitress took 20 minutes for drinks, and let me say it wasn't very busy at all? our food came in the average time, what is not the problem if they don't get it to write our order incorrectly and once they dropped our food. We don't see our waitress on good 30-40 minutes and if I ask for the check, she obviously wanted to go fast. I don't know what the problem was for this waitress and place this day. But very disappointed about how I was treated with my partner when I just tried to eat. Everyone has bad days and I understand that especially in the restaurant business. But this does not excuse the fact of treating us rudely and not recognizing what we do or say.

Not my best experience. I assume that these locations are owned by different managements. Came in, soup of the day was Crab Bisque. Order. This is not the soup of the day. Unfortunately I don't eat meat and was told Pasta fagouli can have Prosciutto. So rejected. Ordered Shrimp Arribiatta for the spicy Marinara. It comes with shrimps and mussels. Minus shrimps for all. Handful mussels only at the same price. I will go more than likely to the Indian country in the future. Customer service is so important with these times. The food was good. This is a monthly visit as I have shops on this page. Gain feedback on what seems management that seemed receptive.?

This remains my favorite pizza and Italian in Charlotte. I've gone to the east coast since my trip to the city in 1999. I went to the Matthews area and went to Arboretum lately. The food is just as excellent, but I find the interior a little cramped. The bread is amazing, I love dipping it into the house dressing!! Meatball Pizza is top notch, thin crust perfection. My partner loves the lasagna. Never had anything bad!

Loved the food , i am a vegetarian. I had good options to choose from we had the pasta it was amazing , the salad with house dressing was amazing. We had brushetta as an appetizer and it was amazing. Service was quick and fast.

We had Michael as a server and he was very knowledgeable! Delicious food, all are filled and happy. I personally had the Cesar salad and vodka sauce pasta. Very authentic and worth the money. We will come back
