The meals are much better than the location. I had a kind of Sea Food platter forgot the name of the dish and was completely overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dish served. Unluckily the restaurant is quite old and did...not undergo a thorough renovation this is why it is looking like a traditional German Gaststube rather than a very good Portugal restaurant. Mother is handling the kitchen, daughter is serving the food and the boss apart from having the complete overview is handling the bar. This is a very authentic Portuguese restaurant with an excellent selection of dishes, there are also Portuguese beers and wines available to accompany your meal. The portions are huge and delicious and at about for a main they’re really good value for money. Staff...were efficient and friendly. This is definitely worth seeking out if you find yourself in Backnang.

The food was amazing. Clean and quite place. I would complain only for the fact that the waiter didn't speak english, but this is something common in Germany.

I did not know anything about Portuguese dishes. I asked the owner to choose for me a mix of small dishes to test. Wow, was great. To repeat.

Here you can find a good food for a good price, the service is a little bit row but acceptable. Should book while is alwayis overbooked.
