General: The boathouse restaurant of the canoe club Philippsburg is very idyllic on an old arm of the Rhine. The proximity to the Philippsburg nuclear power plant may disturb one or the other, but it does not really impair the overall impression of the situation. The restaurant itself consists of a spacious interior with space for approx. 130 people and an outdoor area on a sun terrace situated almost on the first floor for approx. 100 guests.
