It’s hard not to think that this driver mishandled the food deliberately, as it took some effort for the contents to spill out of the tightly sealed containers. While the food looks appetizing, I am hesitant to eat any of it given the circumstances, and I can't help but wonder what else Manuel may have done to it. We were visiting and had planned to go to another restaurant but they were busy so we came to Pot on Fire instead. And we are so glad we did. The food was SO GOOD!!! Perfect portion size. The food was flavorful. We also got fantastic service from Pauline!! Shoutout to Pauline!!!! And their general manager Jay was great in ensuring our dinner experience is up to par. Wish they had Pot on Fire in Texas. Will definitely be back when we are back in the LA area.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. They truly went above and beyond when my wife wasn't happy with the miso soup that accompanied one of our dishes. Without us even asking, they took that entire dish off our bill. With such exceptional service, we will definitely be returning!
Each dish is quite similar and appears to come from the same base. The rice is poorly cooked, being sticky and soggy. The flavor is only average at best. Service is almost nonexistent since most items are essentially self-serve. Additionally, we received the wrong order that had to be corrected. Overall, nothing stands out.
Pot on Fire is one of the Best hotpot in town. I like their individual hot pot a lot, it 's boiling hot. The menu has many different types of hot pot to select from and you can choose the level of spiciness mild, medium or very spicy. I got very spicy Kimchi hotpot, it was fantastic ????
The food was excellent, although they brought me the wrong drink. The service was good, but I felt a bit rushed after finishing my meal.
