I have twice now attempted to order from this Potbellys. Once in person and once online. In person I waited over 25 minutes after ordering and eventually had to cancel my order and walk out to get to a meeting. The store was packed with people waiting. I then attempted to order online to give it another try, and they canceled my order. What is going on at this location that they can't get it together? I've never experienced this at a Potbellys and would love to order from here as I work just down the street. So disappointing.
As usual. Another screwed up order from this location. I'm sorry Colin B you didn't get your order. I didn't get mine either. It was the right receipt on the bag ... so the Door Dash driver had no idea, just the wrong contents. Called about making it good, and they said we can refund the order, but no driver available to resend the original order. Lazy. 740pm on a Friday. Thanks. Didn't even get our free cookie ... lol ... never again.
The food is terrible. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich for takeout. Came home and they gave me a tuna sandwich, was very disappointed. I Was hungry so decided to eat it. It tasted so bad, the tuna was room temperature, overall the ingredients didn't taste fresh. The tuna had big pieces of pepper/peppercorn and that's all you could taste. Definitely won't be going again to get a sandwich from there.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The new system is terrible - I waited forever for a sandwich while one employee focused on phone and app orders and the other three employees were busy with non-food related tasks. I had to ask twice for my order, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. Incompetent service. This happened on a Saturday at 1:30pm.

This location is terrible since they remodeled and changed the layout. It was much better before when you could watch and tell the person making ur sadwich exactly what u wanted on it and make sure it was right before it was finished. Also you got rid of chicken enchilada soup and that was the only soup I ever bought from here.
The service here is quick and friendly, making it one of the best Potbelly locations I've visited. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the food is always prepared just as you'd expect. While parking can be a bit limited, the lot is generally free. I highly recommend this spot for a quick meal!
The sandwiches are good and the people working there are friendly., but they mess up/mix your orders now and again. If you are taking out, check your sandwiches before you leave, not what is says on the label but the sandwiches themselves.
Store was really nice really. Clean and looks cool. I would spend more time. Parking is rare side and free. It wasn't really crowded. unfortunately restroom wasn't enough clean and I am sure they will fix it. Thank you

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When I opened my sandwich, I found a hair inside. It even stuck to me when I tried to return it for a refund.
I called to place order as I had problems to place order on app. sandwiches were warm at my arrival toasty.
