I live near this location so I've come here often and now is the worst time to do business with these people as their staff and managers lie.I got the wrong size sandwich a while ago and remember I called in to tell them so I could exchange it. The girl on the phone ended up telling me that the manager said he made it himself and it was the right size. I had already double checked before calling and they gave us a skinny instead of a big. They literally could have just remade the damn sandwich but instead gave me a coupon in the mail several days later. The dumbest stuff smh.
It’s hard to find excellent customer service anymore but, Michelle (the manager I believe on duty) was exceptional today. My sandwich was taking a long time and she offered me a free drink. It then took a little bit more time and she offered me a cookie, introduced herself to me, asked me my name and I chatted with her for a bit. I rarely find someone who goes out of their way to make a customer happy anymore, and I was really impressed with her. I hope whoever is her manager reading this knows that they have a good team member on their hands! I’ll be back for sure.

I ordered Mac and cheese with bacon and a sandwich which I ordered on the app. The good wasn’t ready till 20 min after promised time half way back home I realized the bacon was missing on my Mac and cheese I had to drive back. The cashier al elder lady was rude and upset and put bacon in a cup and said “that’s the bacon you would get on it” as if I was asking for anything free! I paid for the bacon and returned for it but she treated me as if I was asking for charity! Ruined my lunch completely! I will not give this location a second try. Reserva una mesa ahora
One of my favorite sandwich spots, but today was not a good experience with my chicken pot pie soup, bought soup and sandwich to have for work the next day and oh boi… ruined my entire appetite , Can you imagine finding a bug in your soup , GrossI called and reported to the manager and her response was , crickets…. No apologies, thanks Bolingbrook on east boughton road, thanks for ruining my entire lunch!!!!Bug free food please!!!!
Manger is absolutely disrespectful and degrading towards anyone who doesn’t speak English fully. Regularly flirts with younger customers and is insanely rude to customers and her workers. Very rude.All the workers are very sweet and respectful of order unlike the manager. Would rate it well without considering the fact the manager is disrespectful and flat out rude.
My kids and I stopped here because we know how wonderful the location is! We had a fantastic interaction with the guys that were putting our toppings on our sandwiches. One had a blue bandana and the other had a tan hat. They truly made our day better! The food is always great and never been bad.
