I ordered online and the order went through twice. I called to speak with them they told me to call the other location to see if it was placed there. I called, no order, so I called back to figure out what was going. That is when I got the pleasure of speaking with Bianca. I 'm shocked how a manager can speak to customers. The lack in training of how to deal with issues or properly speak to a customer is horrible. I 'm out $110 dollars due to the order going through twice and no food. After I requested her name or a form of ID number to report her behavior, she offered to have it delivered. If you order online, watch your account. If you want poor customer service, then feel free to eat here...
Today is the six. I ordered a sandwich two steakhouse sandwiches regular the sandwich girl was great she also put on the dressings but when I went to pay there was nobody there the cashier was making a milkshake and then she starts yelling her name and the guy is not even there for the milkshake and I’m already waiting six minutes at the cash register mind you it’s packed so I sat down right in front waiting for the cashier past six minutes no cashier first person that comes along she runs to them and Pay For sandwich then the next person To pay for their sandwiches I also waited I didn’t wanna be rude then after the third person I jumped in and told her I’ve been waiting 10 minutes she had...
Very strange..not sure what the attitude problem towards females is. Rude unfriendly to females. I wasn 't the only one However..very friendly, and attentive, to males. I wish she would have asked me what else I wanted on my sandwich..it was dry and the chicken unseasoned. I guess she was having a bad day ....the sandwich girls seem to be kind of angry at this location. I made sure to say thank you have a good day maybe.. help with their attitude towards females who come in? but, in return, just got the angry eyebrows silence. Oh well. Was just visiting to have my parents interned at Arlington National Cemetery...... hadn 't been to a Potbelly in a long time.. disappointing location.
Potbelly’s “Clubby” sandwich is a cult classic, and not a lot of stores or employees will make them for you since they don’t actually appear on the menu. That’s not the case today, had the pleasure of dining at the Potbelly’s on King Street, and the employees were friendly, Happy and glad to see you. Walked up, ordered my “Clubby” sandwich and the employee got to work making my order. Within no time I was selecting my toppings and getting my drink and cookie. Before I forget, the bathroom at this particular location was immaculately maintained. I’m talking surgical room level of cleanliness. If you’re looking for a good meal for a low price check them out!

I have never had it before. Everything was very fresh. The meat wasn't salty. The bread was amazingly good. Just right, soft and crunchy at the same time. The soup was so good(Chicken Pot Pie). The service that I received was something I haven't had in a while at small stores. The crew that was there when I went, are great!
It had been at least 10 years since I last had Potbelly; I went today and was reminded how good their sandwiches are. Everyone at this location was super friendly as well, will definitely be back again
Do NOT try to order for a large group. The store is NOT helpful or capable of providing lunch for 20 students!
Great food, clean, friendly, and the staff and manager were professional and friendly.
