This restaurant use to be my place to grab a delicious lunch. Well, not anymore. As with many restaurants after the pandemic, they 've seem to lost the need to provide great customer service to ALL customers. Panera will be my last resort fast food restaurant. Here is why. On December 9th. I came in to a register to order food. I saw my order on the board as being prepared. However, when the rep called names, someone with my name grabbed my order and left. I proceeded to say my name was on board is my order ready? I was constantly told it 's coming. Thirty minutes later, I asked is it ready? I was asked what did you order and how? Potbelly in general is pretty good. A little over priced, but good. This location is an epic fail.It's not that hard to find all the ingredients on for your menu items. Tried going here with a friend who has kids . . . no peanut butter. Ok, I get it. Every once in a while every restaurant runs out of something. Tried 2 weeks later . . . still none. Also, out of my favorite soup. Tried again last week. Dude if you aren't going to have items like peanut butter, then just take them off the menu, because you're crushing kids lunch spirits!Also, pull it together with your drink options. The selection in your store should be similar to other Potbelly locations.
I ordered the BLTA (original size sandwich) and there was the smallest piece of avocado on one end of the sandwich. It's frustrating that on a sandwich that has only 4 ingredients on it, 1 ingredient was almost non-existent, especially when paying as much as it costs, for just the 1 sandwich. Otherwise, the sandwich was good....but it was essentially just a BLT. I've gotten this same sandwich, from another location, and it was covered, from end to end, with all ingredients, including avocado, so it was very disappointing to have so little, on the sandwich I got today.
I love Potbelly's but their third party delivery service is horrible. They either don't deliver my food, it is 30-45 mins after deliver time, or says it was delivered when it wasn't. It is like an every other week thing. I am disappointed. I can't leave work for lunch, so pickup isn't an option. Moving forward I, regrettably, won't be ordering. I spend far too much time on the phone trying to resolve the issue than I am able to and then not having time to actual eat my food.

*ONE STAR REVIEW* Ordered the BLTA which clearly reads on their menu APPLEWOOD BACON but instead the bacon used was heavily caked with black pepper. Would've avoided this sandwich if the description read black pepper bacon. Had to pull the bacon off the sandwich and found it to be not much there yet very fatty. Apparently, ordering from this restaurant was a mistake.
They put raw roast beef on my sandwich.When I opened the sandwich and picked up the meat it was dripping with blood and the inside of the sandwich bread was soaked with blood from the meat.I will never order from this place again.Absolutly disgusting and a health hazard
Great Potbellys. The location is a little bit hard to get to because of the design of the parking lot but if you are in the area it's well worth stopping in. The foid is good, the crew very friendly and fun to chat with and is very clean and well maintained.Food: 5/5
Waited 20 minutes for an order I ordered online and was lost. Then had to deal with a smart mouthed punk and a supposed manager whose manners definitely needed some retraining. Won't be surprised when this location gets shut down. Nothing makes it there.Food: 3/5

Quality food delivered by friendly faces. This Potbelly is consistently good. Minus one star due to the parking. Around lunchtime, it's very possible that there isn't a single space available in their tiny parking lot.
No greetings, employees standing around and I'm literally the only person at the check out. Do better.
