I have to agree with the previous reviewer: this Panera Bread location is the worst! I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to order a Pick 2 sandwich and soup. While waiting, I watched as the staff seemed disorganized, touching their faces and hair with their gloves on. I was the only car in the drive-thru at 3:30 in the afternoon, with only 4 other cars in the parking lot. My to-go order didn't even include napkins, although they did remember to give me a straw for my drink this time. It's no wonder there are always long lines at the Canes next door and not at this Panera! By the time my food was ready, they even forgot to put my order name on the bag.
I would give this restaurant one star. The veggie sandwich I ordered smelled and tasted like fish. After researching, I found out that this is a common issue as mentioned on several websites. The Foodsguy suggests throwing away any mushrooms that smell like fish because it indicates the presence of harmful bacteria. I ended up tossing the sandwich as it was absolutely terrible. The service was okay with a rating of 4, but the food quality was very poor. The atmosphere was decent with a rating of 4. This was a disappointing experience for dinner.
We did two mobile pickup orders totaling 4 sandwiches. The atmosphere inside was chill and the workers were cool, they simply put our order up on the counter, no fuss. I ordered a Lucky 7 sandwich and it was really neatly made, delicious, and exactly as specified, and that seemed like the consensus of our other ones too. I recommend! I recently tried the lunch delivery from this restaurant and I was extremely impressed. The price per person was between $10 and $20, which I found to be very reasonable. The Mediterranean Wrap that I ordered was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Mediterranean Wrap. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 5 out of 5.

This place is amazing, has old school ceilings like in NYC, may not taste like a hoagie from NYC, yet they are pretty good! It is a tad expensive for a 1/2 sub/small chips/drink for like $12, yet it was good. Would recommend giving it a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I visited this restaurant for lunch after going to the YMCA today. It is a place we frequent often. The service is consistently good and the sandwiches are delicious. Today was no exception. Thank you to the staff, we will definitely return.
