The customer service there is HORRIBLE.. They so called team lead or manager got an attitude because I asked for a condiment on the side. The boy/girl cashier mumbled under his breathe that he would fix my soup how he felt like it. I kindly walked upand asked what he said just to make sure I heard him right, and he got GHETTO LOUD.. Hair NOT IN a cap or net, unkept shoes andclothing wasn 't clean, and this is how you want to represent your restaurant? Find new employees, they are the face of yourcompany..
I stopped by Potbelly Sandwich Shop after a long drive before heading to my hotel, and I was taken aback by how high I had to look to see the menu on the wall. When I requested to remove a few ingredients from the pizza melt, the staff seemed to respond with annoyance, making it feel like it was too much trouble for them. My sandwich turned out to be quite underwhelming, and the mac and cheese tasted stale. I won't be coming back!
I'm sure it's not the company's fault they have extremely rude and disgruntled people working at this location. But they might want to look into it....take a look and who is working their shift this exact time of day. They made everyone ordering feel likeit was an inconvenience. These two women will ruin your business with their attitudes.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a cut above your typical sub shop. While the menu isn't large, everything they offer is done exceptionally well. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which is a refreshing change. I can't promise I'll return frequently since I was just in the area for an airport drop-off, but I would certainly go back.
