Ordered 53 worth at lunch time. It is now 3+ hours later and I still cannot reach the store. Called corporate and tried the Twitter route. No response from anything. Fast forward to today (March 1st), I placed an order through Grub Hub. They swapped my garden veggie soup for broccoli cheddar without checking to see if that was alright with me. My phone number was right there on the receipt, so they had the option to call but chose not to. Also, the sandwich didn't come with the extra meat or cheese I expected, but instead was just slathered with an excessive amount of mayo for some reason.
The sandwiches here are fantastic, and the bread is top-notch. However, they only brew iced tea about half the time, which is disappointing. Iced tea is an essential part of any meal, and bottled options just can't match the taste of freshly brewed tea. I'd really appreciate it if they made iced tea more consistently. Update 5/2/2024: I came back, and unfortunately, there was still no iced tea available. What a shame.

I ordered two of the same sandwiches, but they arrived completely different and quite unpleasant. One was oozing with mayonnaise, while the other had none at all. One sandwich included hot peppers and artichokes, and the other was missing those ingredients as well. The experience was thoroughly disappointing, and both sandwiches ended up in the trash.
The red haired male employee was rude, dismissive, and intentionally gave bad information to several customers. Edited to respond to comment. Email sent nearly a week ago with no response.
The turkey and swiss sandwich is consistently delicious. I also enjoyed the strawberry shake. The restaurant has a large interior and the staff are extremely friendly.
The few times I have gone to Potbelly, I experience long lines, uninspired sandwiches, and a feeling of dissatisfaction. This location is not unique to the others.

Tasty tasty food!! I'd recommend ordering direct from the restaurant or picking up if you can do it's nice and fresh! Will buy again.
