Potbelly Sandwiches is a quaint little sandwich joint with quality subs at a moderate price; if you want quality, come here! When I first saw this place, it was in passing and I didn't stop in because it isn't in the most convenient of locations. You have an entrance only light, and an exit that forces a right turn instead of a light that lets you turn left back onto the road you came from. I decided today to come in and give Potbelly a try, and I wasn't disappointed! Service Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the owner ? of the store. When ordering, the ladies that made my sub were both knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs, something you don't always get in a retail position....
The sandwiches are extraordinarily good. No other Sandwich chain comes close. The ingredients are fresh, the bread has a wonderful crunch and its one of the best tasting breads, always toasted as part of the sandwich preparation. Disappointed in the service though since the servers could be a little more friendly. But this is an unmissable place for anyone who loves sandwiches, which is pretty much everyone. The soups are also excellent with the Chicken Pot Pie exactly like its name and even better. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
Potbelly Sandwich Shop has quickly become one of my favorite places for a sandwich! The staff is usually friendly, and ordering delivery via the app or online is simple and convenient. Although the menu isn’t very large, there are enough choices to please everyone. The sandwiches taste amazing, and I’m absolutely addicted to their hot pepper mix!
Potbelly offers truly outstanding hot sandwiches on white or wheat bread in a fun causal environment. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service was friendly and speedy. Beware the hot peppers will make you sweat so they aren’t for the feint tongue. Strong recommendation.

I'm in here at least twice a week but for some reason I'm guessing it's a shortage on turkey meat. I ordered a skinny and y'all put one slice of turkey not good. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Potbelly has been a Chicago favorite for years, so I decided to try it out. The food lived up to my expectations, though this location hasn’t quite caught on yet.
I had an amazing time and the workers were so nice! If you’re looking for a nice toasty sandwich or a refreshing shake, I’d recommend this restaurant. 10/10
This place slaps. So good. Loaded potato soup is great for hangovers. Oh its delicious too. The ladies working were very nice. 10/10 will come again
