ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was my first visit to any Potbelly location, and after reading some recent reviews, I almost decided not to place my order. However, I'm glad I took the chance. The food was truly delicious. I ordered the veggie melt, while my two grandchildren had a turkey sandwich and a meatball sub. They also enjoyed cups of mac and cheese. Another first time in .I truly appreciate the listing of calories along with the ingredients for the various items. Makes keeping track of the intake so much easier.Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own unlike Subway and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within.The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, despite there being three employees and no other customers in the store. The only one who seemed to be busy was the girl with red hair. At one point, she asked her coworker, Kylie, for help with preparing sandwiches, but Kylie refused and just stood there doing nothing. I felt sorry for the hardworking employee. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
This used to be my favorite place for subs...I just got a chicken salad sub, with tons of brown wilted lettuce on it which turned me off, I threw most of it away. I don't mind the price hikes but come on with some quality food for the high cost.

I place catering orders often at this location. My deliveries are always extremely late. The person on the phone is always extremely rude and I am never offered any type of discount or anything for my orders just met with bad attitudes.
Terrible management. Food and atmosphere are cool. They treat their employees like trash so I would expect it to show in the service and food.
The eggnog shake is delicious ? too bad it doesn't come in a larger size. My husband said the chicken pot pie soup was good as well.
If you're looking for a place with a bit of attitude from the staff, this is the spot for you.
