One man on the staff I spoke to today (March 17, 2023) around 2PM was extremely rude. I asked if I could have an empty bowl and a lid to place my Invisalign as I forgot my case and needed a safe place to store my clear aligners while I eat. Keep in mind that I had just purchased a bowl from them. The male employee, who seemed to be in his thirties, was disrespectful and told me in front of everyone to go ahead and take everything while I was at it. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. This is not the way to treat customers especially when they purchased from you. The restaurant doesn't have anything particularly noteworthy about it. The chicken pieces are quite small, and the vegetables are mixed in with the rice, topped with two very different sauces, creating a messy presentation. The taste is nothing impressive—just ordinary chicken with some veggies and rice. The cashier was hardly responsive to my questions, seeming so rushed that he couldn’t spare a moment to engage, even with just one person behind me in line. Overall, the service felt a bit rude. I tried it once, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Overall it is nothing special as the ingredients are very basic. They serve healthy bowls and you get to chose 5 kinds of vegetables. You have an option between rice, couscous and quinoa. You will get 4 pieces of grilled chicken breast. However, thechicken portions are deceptively small. They should give larger chunks of chicken. Ok for a quick lunch but nothingextraordinary, I wouldn't necessarily come back here again

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is friendly, efficient, and truly committed to excellent customer service. Their chicken is delicious, and it's my go-to spot whenever I crave poutine. I highly recommend it—definitely a 7 out of 5 stars!

I can't believe how good thier volcano chicken bowls taste! A little pricey but for the portion size it's a fair cost. Probably the best tasting restaurant in this mall
