This place is always delicious and a healthier option compared to many fast food spots on St. Catherine. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. However, I noticed a serious concern that needs attention: the chefs are using the same tongs for both raw and cooked chicken. I observed one chef using the tongs to handle raw chicken straight from the bucket and then to flip the cooked chicken. This could really pose a health risk and may even lead to the restaurant being shut down if it continues. It would be a shame since the food is fantastic and the staff are great. This may just be an isolated incident, but I wanted to bring it to your attention as it is a serious matter.
I’m honestly amazed at how much I enjoyed these chicken bowls. It's surprising because I usually don’t like chicken salads, but I decided to try it since this place had good reviews. From the very first bite, I was impressed. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The rice wasn’t sticky and had a delicious flavor. It reminded me of a Chipotle bowl, but even better—more organized, healthier, and packed with protein.

It comes with salad, rice, and chicken, but the main difference is in the way the chicken is prepared—you have the option to add cheese and skip the salad. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. Don’t hesitate to come and enjoy this; it's a must-try!
The grilled chicken here is excellent! I really appreciate the concept where you can choose your base, toppings, and type of grilled chicken. The spicy grilled chicken was delicious—tender and juicy, not dry at all. The waiting time was reasonable, but the ordering line felt a bit cramped, which could be improved. This is one of the best Poulet Rouge places I've tried. I frequently order from them on Uber Eats and always request that they pack everything separately, including the sauce and vegetable ingredients. They've never gotten it wrong. On my last order, I made the same special request and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I tried two different flavors: Volcano and Hercules. The Volcano could have used a bit more heat, but both were flavorful and juicy. The portion size was just right, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I'm definitely going to make this place a regular spot!
