2nd year I've come to KC for the summer to visit friends. I tried other coffeeshops here and they vacuum. I go 15 minutes out of my way to come here. Great coffee. Friendly folk. Pillar of the community. Freaking tornado blew them away when I first arrived and they were open 2 days later. Hardcore coffee freaks- love it.

The cappuccino and cortado we ordered were pulled well and the milk was steamed nicely. Their espresso bean is a bit dark for my taste, so I preferred the oversized 8oz cappuccino to the cortado. I'm sure the bean works great for everyone that wants syrups in their lattes

Counter server was reluctant to provide me with a pup cup. He suggested I take my dog, who was tied up outside, somewhere else.
