Prairie Oasis - Reserva de mesa

Very grateful to see this lovely blue and white building appear in the distance after many miles of prairie gravel roads. Fireworks, cold beer, snacks and gasoline. Arriving on bicycle I decided to fuel up with some Eatmore bars, jerky and Cold Budweiser's. Not alot of conversation to be had with the staff but the lady was sure efficient or maybe she just didn't want me around... Would have been 4 stars however my Chocolate Bar was harder than a rock.

This is a unique stop when you are on the road Highway 36. For those of you who don't know, there was a scene in the movie R.V. that was shot here. I don't know now, but the last time I made the stop, her fireworks selection was great and the prices were decent. The shop owner is friendly and it is a nice stop to get a refreshment or a snack.

Just an overnight stop for gas but seemed like an attractive stop that would have everything you might want. Driveways and parking areas were well maintained and bathrooms were clean.

I pick up my daughter every other weekend. She always enjoys a treat at the service station, and the older gentleman there is always glad to see her.

Prairie Oasis has been a lifesaver for me on several occasions when I needed gas. They also have an excellent selection of fireworks!
