Premier Inn Farnborough West (southwood)

One of the oldest Premier Inns we've stayed in but rooms were still clean and had all the facilities you'd expect. Warm welcome at reception and very handily placed for our journey. Cleaning wasn't up to the standard of most Premier Inns. There was an old biscuit under our bed and the room was really hot, with no air con and just a fan that did very little.

Uncomfortably hot room with no AC. See photo. The room temp didn't drop below 27 degrees all night while it was much cooler outside. Window restraints meant only a tiny gap was allowable to let in fresh air. My wife and other children had a room downstairs, which was only 2 degrees cooler. I won't stay here again.

Amy in monkey puzzle restaurant provided an extremely professional and efficient friendly service whilst dining. If you were able to clone Amy for every Premier Inn restaurant then you would have close to perfect service UK wide.

Clean and with very helpful staff. Heating/cooling not ideal, and a fan outside the windown 'till the early hours prevented keeping the window open.

My room was fine. Nothing to complain about. Some of the USB ports were loose and old but bed was comfy and room was quiet enough
