Premier Inn Swanley

Not great, stayed here last night in room 111. There was loud music all night into the early hours of 3:30am from another room. I called reception to check it out, called them again afterwards to be told they can't hear it, they came to my room and heard it and just said it must be travelling from the vents. I understand the guy on reception couldn't do an awful lot and he was very polite but I didn't sleep well and a good night's sleep certainly was not had.

Very helpful and friendly staff and in a good location, the food was very good and very well presented the rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
