El peor presotea en Perth. El mayor fallo de mí fue: mi té sabía como agua con un toque de té ... Las perlas negras que he ordenado para ir con mi té de burbujas estaban tan malditamente suave, sentí que estaba comiendo la papilla. Mí. Esa textura masticable suave que las perlas se supone que no estaban allí. ¿Tienes un área tan grande para preparar los tés de burbujas tal vez limpiarlo un poco? No es un fanático de la mesa extraña, sentada en la misma área, ¿no debería estar aislada o bloqueada de la vista pública? Worst Presotea in Perth. The biggest fail to me was: My tea tasted like water with a hint of tea... the black pearls I have ordered to go with my bubble tea was so damn soft it felt I was eating the mush I feed my infant. That soft chewy texture that pearls supposed to have wasn't there. You have such a big area to prep the bubble teas perhaps clean it up a bit? Not a fan of the weird staff table sitting in the same area, shouldn't it be secluded or blocked off from public view? I went to Presotea in Mt Lawley.In regards to the customer service, I would appreciate if your staff can provide with a better quality of it.My question was: can I adjust the sugar or ice level since I couldn’t find the option in the app.And her response was: absolutely not.I understand your staff is very knowledgeable and maybe she feel my question was stupid. But as a customer I would appreciate if she doesn’t show it in front of me.I live in the neighbourhood and I love the bbt, but this is the third time I received such a terrible customer service in this particular store. I won’t come back to this store next time even it means I need to go into the city to get it.

Mi favorito (y desde entonces tengo Alewers, lo ordenó esto) es el té de la leche de azúcar marrón de Okinawa, ¡con menos hielo, por supuesto! ¡Es asombroso! ¡Perfecto nivel de dulzura y me encanta el sabor auténtico del té! ¡Es ideal para cualquier ocasión literalmente! I love presotea. My favorite (and since then I have aways ordered this) is Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea, with less ice of course! It's amazing! Perfect level of sweetness and I just love the authentic taste of the tea! It is ideal for any occasion literally! Friendly staff and I have to say that they were really efficient too beating a long line of about a dozen people (plus minus) in a matter of minutes! Bravo!
