One order was particularly frustrating—it included only 1 of my 6 juices over the course of 3 days of the cleanse. Instead of replacing the missing juice, they just sent a note saying they were out of stock. This is supposed to be a dietary program! When people are already on restricted calories, do they really think it's acceptable to deny them one meal per day?! Not having the juices for a week and a half was certainly not my idea of a diet.
I tried the program for three weeks, but I never received my orders on time. If I placed an order on Wednesday, I wouldn't get the ASAP order until at least the following Wednesday. I attempted the recurring order twice and was disappointed both time...
I’m giving this restaurant a five-star review primarily because of Irving, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a juice. In this post-Covid world, it often feels like good customer service is hard to come by, but Irving proved that it's not completely lost. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the different juices and their benefits, offering thoughtful advice on which one to choose based on what I was in the mood for. I will definitely make sure to return to this location because of the outstanding service I received from Irving. I really hope management sees this review, as great employees often go unnoticed. I can't give the store a five star rating because of one good experience. My typical experience with everyone in the store is high inability. There's a current promo right now that offer is the sampler set for $4 it's listed on the app and supposed to be a VIP perk. When I showed this to the guy he said that it's a mistake and that they can't honor it. That makes no sense I got this offer not only on the app but in my email. Turning away customers and just telling them to deal with it because it's not their problem is not a way to make a good business. I will avoid coming to the store at all costs.
I cannot find enough words to describe the miraculous experience I had at Pressed Juicery in West Hollywood. Initially hesitant about trying their juices, I was amazed by the transformation I experienced after drinking their green elixir. Despite a tragic accident that left me paralyzed, the juice somehow revitalized my body and allowed me to walk again. I am forever grateful to Pressed Juicery for giving me a new lease on life. Thank you for everything.

Today was my first time at a Pressed Juicery, and Brittany assured I will definitely be a return customer! I’m not a morning person, but Brittany’s bright, friendly, and helpful personality made me one this morning! I couldn’t believe she’s only been working there for 5 days- she was so informative and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I will definitely be coming back thanks to her : Excited to do my first cleanse!!
Bummed out. Ordered a pack of celery juices, 10am on a Monday, about 11am went to swing by and pick it up. Sign on door said ran to get more bottles...Be right back no worries I could wait, totally understandable. But after 20min I left. 4 other people were waiting after me but left too...Had to call corporate, get refund so I could order and then drive to a different store and pick up...not cool...
Trying their beginners juicing cleanse kit that includes 6 juices. There is an abundance of sugar in these drinks! 2 of the juices contain nearly as much sugar as a can of Coke, separately. A can of Coke contains 36 grams of sugar. The 'roots 2 ' juice that 's in the kit contains 29 grams of sugar. This is supposed to be healthy. :
This is the best spot for a one-day cleanse! I highly recommend it—there are no additives, no added sugar, and everything is cold-pressed!
