Preston's Steakhouse

The food was excellent, but the atmosphere and service were just adequate. It's a place I would not consider a true fine dining establishment. The food is excellent though. Capital Grille and Mastro's were significantly better on service. As for atmosphere, not really anything interesting going on there. The patio has a view of the road, would you consider that interesting? I don't. A live piano or something anything would have been nice.

Best steak I?ve ever had!!! Everything was great here. Our server was super friendly and on top of everything. She even gave us a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating Mother?s Day a day early. But yes, the steak and prime rib we had was unlike anything else we?ve had a other well known steak houses. It?s decorated nicely inside and comfortable for any occasion. We?ll definitely be coming back here again soon.

Waited over minutes to be greeted at our table. Server was polite to tell us to order dessert as she was late and apologized. The steaks were luke warm, not hot, and my wife's was over cooked a bit. The butter cake as a bit dry but good. For the value and service, I thought this was overpriced. It you want to price yourself like Mastro's or Morton's, then I expect the food and service to be like theirs.

Preston's is a sister restaurant to Arrowhead Grill which we have loved for years. Given it is closer to where we live, we frequent often. They know how to grill steaks and fish and have a variety of preparations and add-ons. They have an elegant and upscale version of many popular steakhouse sides. Service is always top notch. Front end process not good! Had a pm reservation and did not get seated until nearly When I asked how long it would be, I was told by reception staff, “ I have no estimate.” Our waitress Jennifer was good and attentive; she made up mostly for the extremely sluggish reception and reservation handling

Amazing food. Steaks cooked perfectly and everything tasted so good. Our waitress was on it considering how busy it was. They made my birthday celebration one to remember. It’s probably the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to.

We celebrated our anniversary with incredible service, by Robert, fantastic food and beautiful ambiance of Prestons. We will most definitely return to this wonderful restaurant in the future!!

Bad table location. View was through an old shabby swinging door looking into a cluttered service area. Very poor setting for a wedding anniversary, which we had noted in our reservation. Reserva una mesa ahora

Steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our waiter was friendly and extremely attentive. We plan on going again very soon.
