The staff is incredibly kind! Pret eats lots of flies. The director and staff seem to think it is normal that food and customers are surrounded by flies, but we can't really be in the restaurant because of that. If there are flies in the dining room, I don’t want to imagine in the kitchen.... Concerning food, salads cost too expensive and there is only a little salad and sauce inside.
