Pret A Manger - Reserva de mesa

I think I met a rudest staff in all the Pret branches last weekend. Here’s how the man with a thick beard handled my order. I said ‘Can I have a sugar-free vanilla latte?’ He said like ‘what is that?’ Umm.. I thought like this is strange that this cafe worker dont know it? but ok never mind. So I asked ‘OK, you don’t have that menu. then can i have vanilla latte with half sweetness?’ And he said ‘NO’ At this point I was quite embarrassed cause I have never heard a simply aggressive NO from any Pret staff before Well anyway, in the end I asked him to use only one pump of syrup and he said ok. In the end, I got just a normal vanilla latte with full pumped syrup

Went into Pret this morning. Around 10.15am, went to use the toilet. Absolutely disgusting for a woman to walk into such an unhygienic toilet. It's only 10.15am?!?!?! It looked like it had not been cleaned for DAYS. sort your cleaning staff out Pret, you need to do much much better than this, managers should be spot checking the toilets regularly, no? Clearly not at this pret.

Went to this Pret today and wanted to order a shaker. Was told “no shakers at the moment.” When I asked why I was told it’s because they run out. It’s 1 o’clock in the afternoon. If you can’t be arsed making them then you need to pull them off the menu. Will be cancelling my subscription it’s not worth the money.

This newly decorated pret shop is bright, nice and clean, toilet is the nicest one among the pret shop in the region. However, the staff is really poorly trained. They pre-made espresso. When you order double espresso you actually only gets a single shot. Also, they constantly run out manu items. Reserva una mesa ahora

Love All the Pret A Mangers in London. Food is alway good and I'm a big fan of the Pret Fizz Rhubarb Lemonade. This location is great in particular because they’re open on Sundays! Bathrooms can get a bit rough in some when they’re busy, but if you let a worker know they'll take care of it.

Went to pick up a Too good to go package. The app said between 5:30-6:30 pm. I was within the timeframe. However the store was locked and the female employee was constantly ignoring me.

Very slow service, even though the store was empty of customers. After waiting, I got a delivery order that was spilled in the bag, even though I doubted that from the beginning.

They never have cold drinks despite being in the menu. They also lowered the quality of drinks in general. The membership is a scam. Reserva una mesa ahora

Would’ve given it a 4 because of service but one of the employees was rude and had no care in the world. Go to another Pret.

constantly no ice, other two branches close to this one have better staffs and ICE
