We had a late lunch of soup and kale and cauliflower macaroni cheese with a coconut milk latte and green tea matcha latte. Service was prompt and food was enjoyable. We asked for a top-up of hot water and instead were provided with a top-up of frothed coconut milk which was unexpected and very welcome.
Too good to go to avoid: avoid taking a too good to go. The time to pick up the order had been changed during the day. When I showed up to pick up my bag, the store was closed and no one was there, so I asked for a refund. It’s unacceptable to make people go crazy like that!
Meh. As it's in the middle of Edinburgh, every thing is more expensive than should be and the service was functional but not friendly. Drinks were real quick though but I don't think I would go back again when there are so many other options available around.
Used to be the best Pret in a city center but no more... Nowadays, they are understaff, a lot of people are newbies, cashier mess and do not cooperate with barista. More often they miss orders and lane is usually too long. Reserva una mesa ahora

Typical city centre based chain coffee shop, products average at best, not the most enthused staff and the shop itself was untidy. That said, most of the other chain places are similar.
Not exactly cozy, but the coffee and food are great. You can eat breakfast on site or take it with you. There is something for every taste.
