Prezzo Italian Banstead

The service at this restaurant was not great. When we arrived around 2:30, there were only two other tables occupied. Our order was taken quickly, and we finished our main course. However, our plates were cleared without any mention of dessert or drinks. We thought the waiter would bring the dessert menu, but as time passed, we realized we were the only ones left in the restaurant. After flagging someone down, we finally asked for the dessert menu. There was some confusion when we tried to order a mini dessert and coffee, as the waiter informed us that we had to order a dessert and a drink separately according to the menu.

Lately, Prezzo has been disappointing. The food has been lackluster and ordinary during my recent visits. The pizza was served cold with improperly prepared aubergines - one was tough and impossible to eat. It seems like the kitchen has lost its touch, which is unfortunate to see. The service is always too notch. Lovely Dee serves us with the biggest smile and provides good recommendations from the new menu! I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person ranges from £30-40 and the food and service are both excellent, earning a 5-star rating.
