Prezzo Italian - Reservar una mesa

Visited here for lunch whilst doing some Xmas shopping. Disappointed with the food on this occasion compared to our previous visits to other Prezzo’s. It is clearly batch cooked, frozen and microwaved to order (not overly surprised having worked in the industry). However the spag Bol very watery and hardly any meat bolognaise. Mostly a bowl of pasta. I can cook better at home. Bearing in mind I’m paying £15 for this….Sent back. Lasagne, not too bad. Again obvious had been fast heated from frozen. I’ve had a nicer one at another prezzo was more fresh. Staff were friendly and changed our spag bol for a carbonara with apology and without fuss Service was quick. I had a great experience at this restaurant in the Galleria in Hatfield. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was excellent. They were attentive to our needs and the facilities were impressive. The Pepperoni pizza was surprisingly large and totally worth it. I highly recommend this place!

In my opinion, the overall assessment of 3.8 seems rather low. We had a great lunch today, the staff was so friendly and the food was exactly what I expected from a prezzo. Will visit again, thank you!

decided to finally try the vegan menu in prezzo to see if it is worth it. it is surprisingly delicious, they offer various vegan pastas and a vegan pizza option.
