The food was ok. But the place was fairly empty and looks quite tired, with large brown damp patches on parts of the ceiling. One of the waitresses tried to take away my starter whilst I was barely half way through eating it. Then before...I was anywhere near finishing it I was presented with my main course. They are supposed to be separate courses. Then a waiter tried to take my main course whilst I was still eating that! Finally when it came to pay the bill I was informed that it was card only. When I related that I only had cash, I was told that my waiter should have explained the policy when he took me to the table (he didn't) and that there was a sign by the entrance that stated as much...
I hadn't realised that there was a branch of Prezzo so close to Victoria Station! My daughter and I really enjoyed a tasty midweek lunch here. The garlic bread starter to share is very good; even my baby granddaughter enjoyed some of it! Our mains...were excellent ; I had the Goat's Cheese Penne al Forno, and my daughter enjoyed the Penne Arrabiata- with vegan chicken. This is another plus point for Prezzo; they cater well for vegetarians and vegans. Service was very friendly, helpful and cheerful. We shall definitely return.
We visited after a show around The restaurant was fairly empty, air conditioning not working, the waitress looked as if she was overheating and probably thankful it wasn't busier. The food was very average, a little too heavy on the oil for my taste....the two waitresses who served us were really friendly and efficient. The only saving grace was that we used a Meerkat' voucher so the cheaper cost made it just about passable.
We sat here for dinner before the train comes home. The pizzas are freshly cooked, which is great, there are vegetarian / vegan options available, ask the waitress for this option. We used the Blue Light Card for 20% discount on food (not drinks), which is from Sunday... Friday. The only negative thing to say is that it prepares a 10% tip charge on the bill I didn't know about.

Had a really nice evening here. Was worried with it being in the station might be a bit unatmospheric but it was really nice. Good service. We really enjoyed our food. I ordered lasagne and realising it had come straight from the oven, I didn't...touch the dish and burn myself... The cocktails were also rather yummy.
We had a nice meal here. Too bad we had to call the waitress three times before we were noticed. Then I got a sarcastic comment that should be a joke, but I didn't think it was funny. Didn't like to feel uncomfortable The people who were given to the table we were pulled were served well before us. Not going back
We visited for the early dinner on Saturday the staff was so friendly and helpful, the manager was nice and entertaining our little girls was a nice way to finish our day in London we also left our shopping bag there and they stayed for us who so beautiful of them thank you so much again
Lovely place to have dinner. I went with my daughter, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was lovely, we had the sharing garlic bread, then the lasagne and margarita pizza, all very filling and tasty

Lovely evening meal nice atmosphere Frieda was absolutely lovely made our evening just right. The food was very good really enjoyed it, we will go there again whenever we are in the area.
Everyone one enjoyed their meals ranging from pizzas to spaghetti carbonara risotto with prawns/salmon. The service was friendly efficient despite it being a busy evening.
