The bartenders were courteous; the food was tasty. However, the waitress had a condescending tone and lacked basic customer service skills. This was my second and last visit to Prime 39, My first visit was fantastic, I enjoyed the food and the ambiance and raved about this restaurant! This time I visited because it’s restaurant week and I was excited to enjoy the menu once again. I was deeply disappointed, I was first told that the cut off time for the restaurant week menu was 7:00pm and my reservation was for 8:00, Nothing on the social media pages I visited regarding restaurant week mentioned anything about a cut off time! Reservations are helpful. We arrived was greeted warmly, the ambiance is classy, comfortable. Clean and staff well trained. Our food was great and the drinks too. I ordered the Oui it was okay my hubby's prime cognac drink was a winner. The stuffed shrimp amazing, lamb chops were delicious, I ordered them for appetizers (I just only teased myself). Our entrées were really A+ meals, the presentation was gorgeous and taste texture was on point. I really do wish i had a second stomach to order another lobster mac n cheese hmmmm. My hubby sd great pick off of IG date night options.
Let me start off by saying overall the hospitality throughout the restaurant is AWESOME and our waiter Chez was DOPE, very POLITE and ATTENTIVE. I had a great night out with my sis celebrating my birthday... food was delicious and drinks was good I had the Salt Pepper Crispy Shrimp for my appetizer, BBQ King Salmon for my entree and the Carrot Cake for my dessert. Perfect girls night or date night out spot for sure!

The brunch was absolutely fantastic! I hosted my annual Galentines gathering here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was. While the portions weren't large, the food was delicious. I really appreciated that there was a non-alcoholic option available. We ran into a slight issue with the reservation and getting all of us seated together, but we managed to make the most of it.
Another great night at Prime. Food is always delicious and beautiful presentation. Service is impeccable friendly, attentive and professional. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Happy Hour and Wednesday night prix fixe menu are a wonderful choice for a midweek night out. If you haven't been yet ,definitely give this hidden gem in Lynbrook a try.
Prime 39 has a vibe that fits both the aligned and chill, and, the elegant. There food is something to remember. And their service does not disappoint. Tasty and strong drinks to complement your meals or a relaxed time at the bar watching a game. I would definitely recommend prime 39. I look forward to its experience again.
Foood was 1000/10 drinks were strong which I can’t complain. Service was amazing! Since me and my partner were celebrating our anniversary (I don’t remember her name) but she gave us champagne on the house which was sooooo nice of her! So sweet.
