While the gentleman in the suit who checked us in didn’t exude warmth, possibly due to our more casual attire, our experience quickly turned around thanks to our exceptional waiter, David. La comida era asquerosa, devolvimos 6 de 7 aperitivos que nos sirvieron. La carne de baja calidad está mal cocinada y tiene mal sabor. Calcularon hasta el último centavo de la factura. ¡La vergüenza debería darles el pésimo servicio al cliente y la pésima calidad de la comida con los años que tienen en el mercado! It was my birthday so I booked a reservation and was seated with a view of the waterfront. Ambience is nice. Wished they had more selection to the menu, but it was great. They treated us well and when I told them that I was celebrating my birthday they gave us a sherbet with a chocolate that said happy birthday and also to my surprise the manager came out and gave me a gift card which was really nice.
I recently had a fantastic business lunch at Prime in Stamford. The food was outstanding, and the intimate setting was perfect for our small, two-person meeting. Jim, the manager, was incredibly attentive and was gracious enough to move our table to the window when we asked. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend for a great meal with excellent service!
