"It's overpriced at $11 for a regular donair and another $7.50 for a drink and small fries. It's also not the traditional thin shaved donair meat, it's more chunks and the beef tasted kind of gamey or old. The folks who work there are very nice and the fries are decent!"

I was disappointed to discover that this restaurant holds the Guinness World Record for the smallest Donair. I felt like I was being ripped off, as the portion size was more suited for a kids meal rather than a regular Donair. In response to the owner’s comment, I have to say that charging $11.80 plus tax for a Donair that is half the size of ones found at other restaurants seems unfair. It appears that the restaurant is trying to upsell customers to a larger size at $14.20 plus tax, but even their large Donair is only the size of a regular one elsewhere. I strongly advise future customers to avoid this place, as the Donairs are not good and lack in size due to the restaurant’s greediness.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I called ahead to place an order for pickup at 7, and was told it would be ready at 7:20. When I arrived at 7:24, they informed me that they can't make orders in advance because some customers don't show up to pick them up, especially for large orders like mine. I specifically called ahead to avoid waiting, so this policy was frustrating. If this has been an issue in the past, they should either not accept advance orders or require a credit card number. Making customers wait 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to this experience.

I actually really like this place but I ordered it last night for me and my gf. My girlfriends donair was nice and big with lots of meat and mine had very little meat in the whole donair. I was super disappointed and probly won't be eating from here again Mine was like a burrito compared to hers. The owner reached out yo me and said he wanted to make it right so I emailed him and he didn't respond. It's explains why the buisness is so unorganized it stems from the owners

Omg!! We had a doner and poutine, the doner was so dry we didn't eat it, it ended up in the trash, same as the poutine, only cheese and completely dry. We've never had a worse doner and poutine in our lives. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They say support local business when they don't support customers with products, how to support them. We are very disappointed with the quality of the food.

I have visited Prime Time locations multiple times and recently moved to the southside, so I have been frequenting this location more often. I just tried the chicken donair platter with tzatziki sauce and it was amazing. I usually order donair and poutine, but the donair platter with tzatziki sauce was exceptional. I highly recommend trying it. You won't be disappointed.

Went here with my 3 kids and sister. We had Donairs, poutine, onion rings, chicken fingers, and fries. Everything was so good and they had great portions too. My teenager asked for a regular poutine cause they were starving.. lol a small would have been perfect for them. Will definitely go here again!
