I visited this new restaurant and regretted my decision. The service was awful; the cashier was rude and didn't even seem to know the menu when I asked a question. The interior was dull, lacking color and personality. I ordered carne asada, which was pale, tough, and tasted terrible. My partner had the chicken, and that wasn't great either. It was a disappointment to waste our money here.

Don't be misled by the low ratings! The food here is excellent, and there’s a good reason this restaurant has been around for so long. The true customers enjoying the place aren't the ones on Yelp whining about the atmosphere at this family-owned burger joint. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The burger bun was soggy, the fries were overly crunchy and too salty, and the pink lemonade was excessively sweet. Additionally, the women’s restroom was in poor condition, with rusty faucets and a strong odor that made me feel nauseous.
