Primo Caffe - Reserva de mesa

I ordered flat white and given XXL large cappucino. I told the girl it isn’t a flat white but that’s OK. She started to yell at me like:’This is the way my boss wants us to do and this is the right way and I’ve been working here since 6 years and nobody complaint so far...’ and went on and on. She was literally shouting and it made me feel super uncomfortable. When I want to reply she didn’t listen to me or let me finish any of my sentences, at this point I just want her to stop and leave my table. Ofcourse coffee was cold by then and not drinkable. Would never go back nor suggest anyone to do so.

You cannot beat this friendly, ambient, and atmospheric restaurant which serves food of superb quality without having to wait. It’s always busy which is testimony to its reputation as one of the best eateries in Orpington. We come here on a regular basis and never left without feeling welcomed and looked after. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible service, sat down waiting to be served while a worker went around cleaning tables. I approached the counter to find two other girls too busy to serve me as they were deep in conversation. Don't worry, I took my business elsewhere, won't be back.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, the coffee is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious; especially the roasted aubergine. It is a fantastic value for the price and a perfect spot to grab lunch or enjoy a coffee and dessert. Reserva una mesa ahora

The number one coffee shop in Orpington. situated in the high street opposite McDonnalds. The choice of lunch time meals at an amazingly reasonably price are amongst the best lunches you will find anywhere. Its a must for a relaxing coffee break.

This cafe is excellent having been a real fan of the one in orpington I have enjoyed visiting the one in West Wickham staff are always friendly and food is excellent !! Well done Giovanni you should go from strength to strength.

Excellent food, service great, always busy but staff will always find you a seat. Menu recently adjusted it still excellent. Now can pay with card which is an advantage

I had lunch at that restaurant yesterday and it was fantastic. The place was clean and the staff were all wonderful. They have a winter menu with some new items on it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Unfriendly staff. Huffing and puffing because we asked for a coffee 30 minutes before closing time. Grumpy. Made us feel unwelcome. Never again.
