My boyfriend and I walked into the store at around 7pm on Sunday before Labor Day. We browsed the refrigerator for drinks and then approached the counter to order, we were told they were closed because of the holiday. The man was just sitting there watching us get drinks. He could have said something right when we got in. And clearly they were not closed because there was an order ready to get picked up. And their sign said open, online said it was open, there operation sign said they were open until 8pm. This all was very suspicious to us so I went online and it said we could order and the next available pickup time was 7:44pm. This was very rude and it just seemed like they didn?t want to...
If you are a minority do not come to this primo hoagies. The franchise its self is good but this location not so much. We walked in an hour before it was supposed to close and they told us that it was closed when the door clearly says closes at 8 and the window sign said open. We walked in and the guy at the front was sitting down and watched us grab drinks and only then when we walked to the counter turned us away. Saying they were closed for the holidays when we went on the website we can still order food for that day to be picked up. It?s unfortunate cause primos sandwiches are amazing but if your truly closed lock the doors or dont wait until we walk in to tell us that you are closed was...
really really good hoagies!! i get the cheese deluxe with oil/vinegar so yummy!! the guys that work there are very helpful also.. they let me know that getting it delivered is 25 percent more money.. like through uber/door dash. that meant a lot because i almost did the delivery.. and times are hard right now as everyone knows!
My friends family visit this spot on the regular. The food is always fresh, plentiful and the place is pretty clean. There can be a wait, especially on Wednesdays, so you may want to call ahead for a specific time. I also suggest signing up for the reward program for added savings.
