Honestly, the girls at the register were really sweet and respectful, which I appreciated. However, the food didn't meet my expectations. I ordered Italian bread but received sesame instead, and it wasn't cut in half. They fixed it immediately without any issue, and I'm not overly picky about that kind of thing. What really bothered me, though, was the brown lettuce and the lack of flavor in the sandwich itself. It wasn't terrible, but I just wasn't impressed. At least the staff at the counter were friendly.
Primo Hoagies has the most delicious hoagies and this location is no exception. The staff are friendly, the service is prompt, and the chicken Diablo is amazing. And they have tables to sit at and eat which many locations don't anymore. I love primo hoagies and wish they had some near me but instead I must settle for eating them every time I'm in this area. They are the best.
Who cares about atmosphere at a hoagie shop???? Their hoagies are the best around. They may be a little more expensive but they're full of the meats that You ordered! The bread is excellent and they have a large selection. Every hoagie I have had there whether it's chicken or meats are all excellent!!
Local chain is the real deal when it comes to hoagies /subs. The Bada Bing with crispy pork cutlets and sauteed broccoli rabe ?The Classic Italian, dripping with vinegar and oil ?

Excellent service! The vegetarian hoagies are large and made with quality ingredients. We are in, the staff was helpful and attentive. Plenty of seating available.
Worst sandwich I ever had in my life. Soggy chicken I asked for lettuce tomato onions and they didn’t put it on there. I would never order from them again.
The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I would highly recommend this place to others and would be happy to return!
Vegetarian options: My wife really enjoys their vegetarian selections, especially when paired with that fantastic bread!
